Silver Needle is a white tea made from young, downy buds that are gently withered and dried. The cup is pale and delicate, with a soft honeyed sweetness and light fruity notes. To brew, use 1 heaped teaspoon in water at about 75 to 80 C and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. A quiet, elegant tea for slow afternoons.
