Often called the champagne of teas, Darjeeling black tea is known for its light body and delicate aroma. This one has a golden-amber cup with a sweet, grape-like muscatel note. It is best enjoyed plain, without milk. To brew, use 1 teaspoon in water at about 90 to 95 C and steep for 3 minutes.
